Natalia is a Brazilian writer/filmmaker based in Berlin. She is part of the NIE Theatre Berlin and the Zeegotoh Film Kollektiv as a documentarist filmmaker, video editor and digital/analog photographer, and she holds an MA degree in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of York (UK). Her interests in visual forms of storytelling orbits between performance arts and migrant imaginaries, resulting in poetic and expanded forms of approaching film/screenplay. Her newest project, ‘Züssow’ [with New Zealander artist Andrew Clarke], mixes visual poetry and sentimental soundscapes, a research exercise built through affective connections and utopias of (other) possible futures.
