Based in Germany and travelling in Brazil between the cities of São Paulo and Salvador da Bahia, where he was born, he has built a versatile artistic career as a dancer and performer with many dance companies in Brazil, USA and Germany, interpreting works by prominent names in contemporary and classical dance on the international scene such as Goyo Montero, Richard Siegal, Eduard Lock, Nacho Duato, Marco Goecke, Márcia Haydée, Mario Galizii in numerous festivals and stages around the world, such as the Chaillot Théâtre National de la Danse in Paris (FR). In addition partnering with artists in the fields of photography and visual arts, as well as producing video dances. He has been using the video performance as a discursive platform to show up the poetics of the black body in diaspora, based on his own experiences in transit.
