Zero Pilnik is an actor, writer, and Drag King from São Paulo, currently based in Berlin. Zero is a graduate of the acting program at CalArts and a recipient of fellowships from Akademie der Künste (2021), LABA: a Laboratory for Jewish Culture (2021), flausen+ (2020), as well as the 2017 Tim Disney Prize for Excellence in the Storytelling Arts for the original play "People Who Love Move Mountains". Dabbling in both stage and screen, Zero's latest projects include "Gasoline Queen" (Ballhaus Ost), "All The Heroes Are Cancelled" (English Theater Berlin), "Political Voice Institute" (Maxim Gorki Theater), as well as two original TV series currently in development: a dystopic queer Spaghetti Western and a dramedy about Drag Kings.
