Since I will be traveling, I plan to rent out my spacious apartment (90 m2) during August 2025 and mid-March 2026. Two large rooms can be connected or separated by a double door. The kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom face the backyard, which is quiet and offers the view of a beautiful tall tree.

The apartment is fully furnished. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable king-size bed. In another room, there is a sofa which can be turned into a double bed. The apartment is located in Mitte-Wedding, with excellent transport connections (subway, streetcar, bus) and many shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés nearby. Within a walking distance of 15 minutes, the Rehberge Park is located, including the Plötzensee, a lake which serves for swimming.

The apartment is available for a minimum of 3 months. The monthly rent is 1900 €, including electricity, gas heating, internet and warm water.
