We are looking for a conceptually strong person as Art Director / free spirit / career changer with a digital mindset & motion thinking for our studio in Berlin on a full-time basis – starting immediately.

WHAT DO YOU OFFER US?

Concept & Design

Development and visual derivation of design concepts across all media

Motion first: Conception and implementation of motion graphics (After Effects, Calvary; 3D skills, e.g. Blender)

Screen design and prototyping in Figma, with a strong focus on UX thinking.

Social-native design and confident use of AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, etc.)

Communication and presentation skills in German and English

Implementation & Working Method

safe in print (InDesign, Photoshop)

structured and self-organized

experienced in dealing with customers, developers and production partners

Creation of posts, layouts, motion designs and presentations

Skills

Studies in the field of design or comparable qualification

several years of professional experience

excellent sense of typography, visual language and systems

experienced in using social media platforms

very good German, good English

Nice to have: affinity for sound, basic coding knowledge for websites, experimental media
